Wir suchen für unseren Standort in Zell a. H. ab sofort einen Instandhaltungsplaner (m/w/d) in Vollzeit. Die Stelle ist befristet.

Job Description

Zum Aufgabenbereich gehören:

• Projektleitung bei Instandhaltungsprojekten
• Organisation und Planung von Maschinenwartungen und Reparaturen für die mechanische Instandhaltung
• Facility-Management im Bereich der präventiven Instandhaltung, sowie Planung, Überwachung und Dokumentation der betrieblich- und gesetzlich vorgeschriebenen Prüfungen
• Abteilungsübergreifende Optimierung und Schulung der Instandhaltungsstrategie
• Systematische Weiterentwicklung und Optimierung der Wartungspläne unter Abwägung der Instandhaltungskennzahlen (MTBF/MTTR) und der persönlichen Erfahrung
• Koordination der benötigten Ressourcen (Intern und Extern) zur Durchführung der Wartung
• Stillstandsanalysen und logische Ableitung von Maßnahmen zur Erhöhung der Anlagenverfügbarkeit
• Umsetzung von Qualitätsmethoden (z. B. KVP, 7S, QM-Handbuch) 
• Einhaltung von Arbeitssicherheitsrichtlinien und Vermeidung von Gefährdungen für Mensch und Maschine
• Einhaltung von gesetzlichen Anforderungen und Dokumentationen
