• Koordination von Fertigungsaufträgen mit anderen AAM-Werken
• Eingehende Abrufe prüfen und verplanen
• Abwicklung der Kunden-Konsignation
• Aufbereitung von Kennzahlen
• Vorbereitung der Versandanmeldung
• Rechnungsprüfung
• Produktionsplanung
• Erstellung von Maßnahmenplänen bei Kapazitätsengpässen und deren Überwachung

English:

• Disposition of customer orders
• Customer support
• Coordinating deadlines and quantities with customers 
• Order tracking through to dispatch
• Coordination of production orders with other AAM plants
• Checking and scheduling incoming call-offs
• Processing customer consignment
• Preparation of key figures
• Preparation of the shipping declaration
• Invoice verification
• Production planning
• Preparation of action plans in the event of capacity bottlenecks and their monitoring

Required Skills and Education

Deutsch:

• Abgeschlossene kaufmännische oder technische Berufsausbildung
• Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Bereich der Auftragssteuerung (vorzugsweise in einem Metallverarbeitenden Unternehmen)
• Sicherer Umgang mit einem ERP-System
• Eine strukturierte Arbeitsweise
• Sicheres Auftreten sowie Durchsetzungsvermögen
• Sicherer Umgang mit MS-Office
• Gute Englischkenntnisse

English:

• Completed commercial or technical vocational training
• Several years of professional experience in the field of order management (preferably in a metal processing company)
• Confident handling of an ERP system
• A structured way of working
• Confident appearance and assertiveness
• Confident handling of MS Office
• Good knowledge of English
