This role supports the Facilities team by maintaining and updating the 5‑year facilities project forecast, with a strong focus on Excel-based data management and analysis. The position offers hands-on exposure to facilities project planning, capital request preparation, invoice processing, and—over time—site assessments for candidates who demonstrate aptitude and interest.Job Description:
- Maintain, update, and improve the Facilities 5‑Year Forecast tool using advanced Excel functions and structured data management.
- Collaborate with Facilities and Finance teams to ensure forecast accuracy and alignment with budgeting processes.
- Assist with planning and documentation for facilities projects, including scope development and scheduling.
- Prepare and draft capital request documents and supporting materials.
- Support invoice processing, tracking, and documentation for facilities-related expenditures.
- Participate in site assessments and facility reviews once proficiency and interest are demonstrated.
- Maintain organized project records and contribute to process improvements within the forecasting workflow.
- Provide general analytical and administrative support to the Facilities team as needed.
- All other duties as assigned.
Required Skills and Education
- Currently pursuing a degree fulltime in Engineering (Civil, Industrial, Mechanical, Electrical, Construction Management), Finance, or a related field.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including formulas, data organization, and analysis.
- Ability to manage and interpret large datasets with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Strong written communication skills for preparing project requests and documentation.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
- Minimum 3.0 GPA.
- Available to work 25 hours each week, year-round.
- Must be able to work in the US without Visa sponsorship.
