• Sie erwartet ein breites Aufgabenfeld in einer HR Abteilung welches den klassischen HR Lifecycle abdeckt in einem internationalen, modernen und produzierendem Industrieumfeld
• Es erwartet Sie zusätzlich die Mitwirkung und Gestaltung zur Optimierung, Standardisierung und Digitalisierung der Prozessabläufe im HR-Bereich sowie Mitwirkung bei der Umsetzung von HR-Projekten, wie z.B. Digitalisierung der Personalakte und Recruiting-Maßnahmen Mitarbeit und Unterstützung bei Veränderungsprozessen

• You can expect a broad range of tasks in an HR department that covers the classic HR lifecycle in an international, modern and manufacturing industrial environment 
• You can also expect to participate in and design the optimization, standardization and digitization of processes in the HR area as well as participation in the implementation of HR projects, such as digitization of personnel files and recruiting measures Collaboration and support in change processes 

Required Skills and Education

• Kaufm. Ausbildung im Bereich Personal oder in einer vergleichbaren Fachrichtung
• Erste Berufserfahrung oder auch gerne profunde Berufserfahrung in einer vergleichbaren Position
• Selbständige und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise mit einer Hands-on-Mentalität
• Souveränes Auftreten sowie eine ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeit
• Offenheit und Veränderungsbereitschaft sowie Umsetzungsstärke bei neuen Ideen
• Gute Deutsch- und Englischsprachkenntnisse
• Sichere Anwendung von gängigen HR-Tools und MS Office Anwendungen

• Commercial training in the field of HR or in a comparable field
• First professional experience or also preferably profound professional experience in a comparable position
• Independent and solution-oriented way of working with a hands-on mentality
• Confident appearance and strong communication skills
• Openness and willingness to change as well as implementation strength for new ideas
• Good German and English language skills
• Confident use of common HR tools and MS Office applications
