Als EHS Beauftragter (m/w/d) stellen Sie die Umsetzung und kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung der Umwelt- und Energiemanagementsysteme nach ISO 14001 und ISO 50001 sicher. Sie koordinieren sämtliche Umwelt-, Energie- und EHS Aktivitäten am Standort und gewährleisten die Einhaltung gesetzlicher sowie interner Vorgaben. Zudem tragen Sie durch Schulungen, Unfallanalysen und strukturierte Dokumentation maßgeblich zur Weiterentwicklung von Umwelt , Sicherheits- und Nachhaltigkeitsstandards im Unternehmen bei.

You coordinate all environmental, energy, and EHS related activities at the site while ensuring compliance with legal and internal requirements. Through employee training, incident analysis, and structured documentation, you play a key role in advancing environmental, safety, and sustainability standards within the organization.

Deutsch:

• Aufbau, Umsetzung und kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung der Umwelt- und Energiemanagementsysteme nach ISO 14001 und ISO 50001 sowie Sicherstellung der Einhaltung interner Vorgaben.
• Verantwortung für das betriebliche Abfall- und Gefahrstoffmanagement, inklusive digitaler Nachweisführung und Signaturprozessen.
• Umsetzung konzerninterner Nachhaltigkeitsprogramme sowie Koordination aller Umwelt‑, Energie- und EHS-Aktivitäten am Standort.
• Überwachung gesetzlicher und sonstiger Anforderungen (z. B. Abfallwirtschaft, Emissionen, Gefahrstoffe) sowie Kommunikation mit Behörden und weiteren relevanten Stakeholdern.
• Analyse von Arbeitsunfällen, Bewertung von Schutzmaßnahmen und Einleitung geeigneter Verbesserungsmaßnahmen.
• Erstellung, Pflege und Lenkung systemrelevanter Dokumentationen sowie Bereitstellung steuerrelevanter Energiedaten.
• Durchführung von Mitarbeiterschulungen und Sensibilisierung der Belegschaft zu Umwelt‑, Energie‑ und Sicherheitsthemen.
• Alle weiteren Aufgaben wie zugewiesen.

Englisch:

• Establish, implement, and continuously develop the environmental and energy management systems in accordance with ISO 14001 and ISO 50001, ensuring compliance with internal standards.
• Responsible for operational waste and hazardous materials management, including digital documentation and signature processes.
• Implement corporate sustainability programs and coordinate all environmental, energy, and EHS-related activities at the site.
• Monitor legal and other applicable requirements (e.g., waste management, emissions, hazardous substances) and maintain communication with authorities and other relevant stakeholders.
• Analyze workplace accidents, assess protective measures, and initiate appropriate improvement actions.
• Create, maintain, and control system‑relevant documentation, including the provision of energy‑related data required for tax purposes.
• Conduct employee training sessions and raise awareness on environmental, energy, and safety topics.
• All other duties as assigned.

Required Skills and Education

Deutsch:

• Abgeschlossenes technisches Studium oder eine technische Berufsausbildung mit Weiterbildung zum Techniker bzw. eine vergleichbare Qualifikation; idealerweise ergänzt durch eine Ausbildung zur Fachkraft für Arbeitssicherheit.
• Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung (mindestens 2 Jahre) im Energie‑ und Umweltmanagement, bevorzugt in einem industriellen oder produzierenden Umfeld.
• Kenntnisse der einschlägigen Umwelt- und Energiemanagementnormen, insbesondere ISO 14001 und ISO 50001, sowie deren praktischer Umsetzung im Unternehmenskontext.
• Ausgeprägtes Verantwortungsbewusstsein und eine strukturierte, analytische und prozessorientierte Arbeitsweise.
• Sicheres Auftreten, hohe Kommunikationsfähigkeit sowie die Fähigkeit, unterschiedliche Stakeholder konstruktiv einzubinden.
• Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift.

Englisch:

• Completed technical degree or technical vocational training with further qualification as a technician, or a comparable background; ideally complemented by training as a certified occupational safety specialist.
• Several years of professional experience (minimum 2 years) in energy and environmental management, preferably within an industrial or manufacturing environment.
• Solid knowledge of relevant environmental and energy management standards, especially ISO 14001 and ISO 50001, as well as practical experience in their implementation within a corporate setting.
• Strong sense of responsibility combined with a structured, analytical, and process-oriented working style.
• Confident demeanor, strong communication skills, and the ability to engage and collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
• Excellent written and spoken German and English skills.
