Du hast dabei die Möglichkeit, Dein theoretisches Wissen in die Praxis umzusetzen und die Buchhaltung in einem internationalen Unternehmen von der Pike auf zu lernen. We are looking for active support for our accounting team in all administrative tasks. You will have the opportunity to put your theoretical knowledge into practice and learn accounting in an international company from the ground up. At our location in Langen, you will meet a diverse workforce and we are easy to reach by public transport (S-Bahn).

• Prüfung der Reisekosten unserer Mitarbeiter:innen
• Kontrolle unserer Lieferantenrechnungen und Klärung von offenen Fragen direkt mit unseren Ansprechpartnern
• Kontenabstimmung zum Monatsabschluss
• Identifizierung von Abweichungen in der Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung zu den Vormonaten
• Stammdatenpflege
• Übernahme von kleineren eigenen Projekten.

Nach entsprechender Einarbeitung wirkst du im alltäglichen Tagesgeschäft mit.

ENGLISH:

You will support us in: 

• Checking the travel expenses of our employees
• Checking our supplier invoices and clarifying open questions directly with our contact persons
• Account reconciliation for the month-end closing
• Identifying deviations in the income statement compared to previous months
• Master data maintenance
• Taking on smaller projects of your own.

After appropriate training, you will be involved in day-to-day business.

Required Skills and Education

DEUTSCH:

• Du bist an einer Hochschule oder Universität immatrikuliert - idealerweise im Studiengang BWL (kein Urlaubssemester)
• Du hast einen sicheren Umgang mit MS-Office-Anwendungen und arbeitest Dich schnell in neue Systeme ein.
• Du bringst eine Affinität für Zahlen mit.
• Du kannst 20 Stunden pro Woche arbeiten.
• Zu Deinen Stärken zählen eine zuverlässig sowie sorgfältige Arbeitsweise.
• Du hast sehr gute Sprachkenntnisse in Deutsch und Englisch.

ENGLISH:

• You are enrolled at a college or university - ideally studying business administration (no leave semester)
• You are confident with MS Office applications and can quickly familiarize yourself with new systems.
• You have an affinity for numbers.
• You can work 20 hours per week.
• Your strengths include a reliable and careful way of working.
• You have very good language skills in German and English.
