Job Description Summary

Dauch is seeking a Maintenance Coordinator to join our world-class team. This role located at our Minerva plant in Minerva, Ohio.

As a Maintenance Coordinator you will supervise employees in the installation and maintenance of electrical and/or mechanical equipment and machinery used in company operations. You will also monitor work performance and provide feedback, coordinate maintenance of production equipment, and oversee technical/quality process control.

Job Description:

• Maintain safe, secure, and healthy maintenance environment by adhering to organization standards and policies, and to legal regulations; immediately addressing issues and alerting others regarding potential concerns.

• Supervise maintenance employee outcomes by selecting, orienting, training, assigning, scheduling, coaching, counseling, and disciplining associates.

• Communicate job expectations, planning, monitoring, and appraising job contributions, and recommends compensation actions, adhering to defined policies and procedures.

• Accomplish maintenance requirements by orienting, assigning, and coaching employees.

• Meet maintenance standards by following productivity and quality standards; resolving problems.

• Work with a cross functional team to meet cost standards by implementing cost-saving actions.

• Fulfill shift operations plans by receiving operational report from previous shift and allocating resources, in addition to fulfilling current operational plan.

• Complete shift operations by monitoring maintenance services, reallocating resources, and solving operational problems.

• Document maintenance services by completing forms, reports, logs, and records, ensuring accuracy of data.

• Contribute to maintenance and organization success by welcoming related, different, and new requests; helping others accomplish job results.

• All other duties as assigned.

Required Skills and Education

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or an equivalent combination of education/certifications, and hands-on experience.

• 5+ years related Manufacturing Maintenance experience.

• 3+ years progressive leadership experience in a manufacturing environment.
