• Przygotowywanie krótko- i długoterminowego harmonogramu produkcji
• Dzienna obsługa klienta i zapewnienie serwisu na poziomie specyficznych wymagań klienta 
• Obsługa zamówień części zamówionych na serwis 
• Zarządzenia reklamacjami logistycznymi od klientów
• Udział w audytach
• Zarządzanie zmianami inżynieryjnymi z poziomu logistyki
• Parametryzacja ustawień systemowych dla części sprzedażowych
• Planowanie i nadzór nad transportem do klienta 
• Sporządzanie raportów wymaganych przez korporację 
• Udział w inwentaryzacjach cyklicznych i rocznych
• Zarządzanie wymaganą na stanowisku dokumentacją celną związaną z sprzedażą
• Utrzymywanie zapasów wyrobów gotowych na oczekiwanym poziomie
• Szukanie nowych rozwiązań oszczędnościowych oraz optymalizacji procesów logistycznych
• Realizowanie celów wyznaczonych przez korporację i przełożonego; zapewnienie odpowiedniego poziomu KPI
• Współpraca z innymi działami w celu realizacji celów biznesowych zakładu / korporacji
• Zapewnienie zakładowi wsparcia logistycznego w sytuacjach kryzysowych

English:

Responsibilities:

• Preparation of short and long term production schedule
• Daily customer service and ensuring service at the level of specific customer requirements 
• Order processing of parts ordered for service 
• Management of logistics complaints from customers
• Participation in escalation processes
• Participation in audits
• Management of engineering changes from the logistics level
• Parameterization of system settings for sales parts
• Planning and Supervision of transport to the customer 
• Preparation of reports required by the corporation 
• Participation in cyclical and annual inventories
• Management of sales-related customs documentation required by the position
• Maintenance of finished goods stocks at the expected level
• Searching for new cost-saving solutions and optimization of logistic processes
• Meeting the targets set by the corporation and the supervisor; Ensuring the appropriate level of KPIs
• Collaborating with other departments in order to achieve the business objectives of the plant / corporation
• Providing the plant with logistics support in emergency situations.

Required Skills and Education

Polski:

Wymagania:

• Wykształcenie: wyższe - preferowane wykształcenie wyższe techniczne (logistyka, zarządzanie produkcją, transport i spedycja)
• Doświadczenie zawodowe: minimum 1 rok na podobnym stanowisku w międzynarodowej firmiie

Umiejętności:

• znajomość pakietu MS Office
• Język angielski i język niemiecki w stopniu komunikatywnym
• Odporność na stres i umiejętność pracy pod presją czasu 
• Wysoko rozwinięte zdolności organizacyjne 

Mile widziane:

• Znajomość programu Oracle
• Znajomość Lean Manufacturing (w szczególności 5S, FIFO, Kanban, standaryzacja pracy)
• Znajomość specyficznych wymagań klienta z branży automotive 

English

Requirements:

• Education: higher education - preferably technical university degree (logistics, production management, transport)
• Work experience: minimum 1 year in a similar position in an international company

Skills:

• Knowledge of MS Office
• English and German to a communicative degree
• Resistance to stress and ability to work under time pressure 
• Highly developed organizational skills 

Nice to have:

• Knowledge of Oracle
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing (in particular 5S, FIFO, Kanban, work standardization)
• Knowledge of specific requirements of a customer from the automotive industry
