DEUTSCH:
Du bist für die Planung, Koordination und Überwachung des gesamten Auftragsflusses verantwortlich – von der Kundenbestellung bis zur Auslieferung. Hierbei fungierst Du als entscheidende Schnittstelle zwischen Produktion, Vertrieb, Einkauf, Industrial Engineering und Qualitätswesen, um eine hohe Lieferfähigkeit bei optimalen Lagerbeständen sicherzustellen.
Für die Umsetzung nutzt Du unser Planungssystem (PLEX), bestimmst die optimalen Planungsparameter (Stammdaten, Pufferbestände, Zeiten), stimmst Kapazitäten mit der Produktion ab (Nivellierung von Kundenbedarfen, PFEP) und leistest einen wesentlichen Beitrag um den Warenfluss und die Performance (Liefertreue, Bestände/Durchlaufzeiten) für die zuständige Produktionsgruppe/Fertigungsbereich zu optimieren.
Die Stelle ist unbefristet und in Vollzeit (40h/Woche) an unserem Standort in Zell am Harmersbach zu besetzen.

ENGLISH:
You will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and monitoring the entire order flow—from customer order to delivery. In this role, you will serve as a key liaison between production, sales, purchasing, and quality assurance to ensure high delivery reliability while maintaining optimal inventory levels.
To carry out this work, you will use our planning system (PLEX), determine the optimal planning parameters (master data, safety stock, times), coordinate capacities with production (leveling of customer demand, PFEP), and make a significant contribution to optimizing the flow of goods and performance (on-time delivery, inventory/lead times) for the responsible production group/manufacturing area.
This is a full-time (40 hours/week) and permanent position at our location in Zell am Harmersbach.

Job Description:

DEUTSCH:

• Prozess- und Systemoptimierung: Gestaltung und Optimierung im Produktionsplanungssystem (ERP-PLEX) hinsichtlich Planungsparameter und sonstigen relevanten Stammdaten sowie Erabeitung und Pflege PFEP (PlanForEveryPart) für den jeweils zuständigen Produktionsbereich. 
• Produktionsplanung & -steuerung: ERP-gestützter Abgleich von Lieferterminen mit Fertigungskapazitäten und Materialverfügbarkeit (Disposition) sowie Nettobedarfsermittlung und Produktionsplanung incl. Kapazitätsabstimmung mit der Produktion.
• Auftragsabwicklung: Prüfung (EDI-Abrufe), ggf. Einplanung und Bestätigung von manuell eingehenden Kundenabrufe/-aufträge (Ausnahme) sowie Verarbeitung von Kundenbedarfsänderungen mit Prüfung der Machbarkeit. Bei Bedarf Abstimmung der Termine und Liefermengen mit den Kunden. Ggf. Buchung von Konsignationslager-Entnahmen.
• Rohmaterialdisposition und Erstellung/Freigabe von Lieferabrufe
• Koordination verlängerte Werkbank (Bedarfsplanung, Abrufe, Terminverfolgung)
• Fertigungssteuerung: Erstellung der Reihenfolgeplanung (Wochen-/Tagesplan) mit der Produktion und Verfolgung der Umsetzung
• Terminüberwachung: Proaktives Verfolgen der Aufträge, um Liefertermine einzuhalten (Termintreue), einschl. der Versandanmeldungen. 
• Eskalation von Kapazitäts-/Lieferengpässen incl. Erstellung und Überwachung von Abstellmaßnahmen.
• Schnittstellenkommunikation: Enge Abstimmung mit internen Abteilungen sowie Kunden und Lieferanten.
• Bestandsoptimierung für die zuständige Produkt-/Kundengruppe
• Stammdatenpflege: Erfassung und Aktualisierung von kunden- / planungs- und auftragsrelevanten Daten im ERP-System.
• Erstellung von Analysen und Abteilungs-/Werk-/Konzernreportings

ENGLISH:

• Process and System Optimization: Design and optimization of the production planning system (ERP-PLEX) with regard to planning parameters and other relevant master data, as well as the development and maintenance of PFEP (PlanForEveryPart) for the respective production area. 
• Production Planning & Control: ERP-supported reconciliation of delivery dates with manufacturing capacities and material availability (MRP), as well as net requirements calculation and production planning, including capacity coordination with production.
• Order Processing: Verification (EDI calls), scheduling and confirmation of manually received customer calls/orders (exceptions) as needed, and processing of customer demand changes with feasibility checks. Coordination of dates and delivery quantities with customers as needed. Booking of consignment stock withdrawals as needed.
• Raw material scheduling and creation/approval of delivery calls
• Extended Workbench Coordination (demand planning, call-offs, schedule tracking)
• Production Control: Creation of sequence planning (weekly/daily schedule) with production and monitoring of implementation
• Schedule Monitoring: Proactive tracking of orders to meet delivery deadlines (on-time delivery), including shipping notifications. 
• Escalation of capacity/delivery bottlenecks, including the creation and monitoring of remedial measures.
• Interface communication: Close coordination with internal departments as well as customers and suppliers.
• Inventory optimization for the relevant product/customer group
• Master data maintenance: Entering and updating customer, planning, and order-related data in the ERP system.
• Preparing analyses and departmental, plant, and corporate reports

Required Skills and Education

DEUTSCH:

• Ausbildung: Abgeschlossene kaufmännische oder logistische Ausbildung (z. B. Industriekaufmann/-frau, Speditionskaufmann/-frau) oder ein Studium im Bereich Supply Chain Management/Logistik.
• Berufserfahrung: Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Bereich der Auftragssteuerung (vorzugsweise in einem metallverarbeitenden Unternehmen) sowie gutes Verständnis von Produktionsprozessen
• IT-Kenntnisse: Sicherer Umgang mit ERP-Systemen und MS Office (insbesondere Excel).
• Soft Skills: Hohes Verantwortungsbewusstsein, selbständige Arbeitsweise, ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeit, analytisches und vernetztes Denken, sicheres Auftreten, Durchsetzungsfähigkeit, Problemlösungskompetenz
• Sprachkenntnisse: sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse (mündlich und schriftlich)
  

ENGLISH:

• Education: Completed vocational training in business or logistics (e.g., industrial clerk, freight forwarding clerk) or a degree in supply chain management/logistics.
• Professional experience: Several years of professional experience in order management (preferably in a metalworking company) and a solid understanding of production processes
• IT Skills: Proficiency in ERP systems and MS Office (especially Excel).
• Soft Skills: Strong sense of responsibility, ability to work independently, excellent communication skills, analytical and holistic thinking, confident demeanor, assertiveness, problem-solving skills
• Language Skills: Very good German and English skills (spoken and written)
