Job Description Summary

We are seeking a skilled Powder Metal Forge Technician. This role involves operating, maintaining, and troubleshooting forging machinery, as well as ensuring quality standards are met throughout the production process. The ideal candidate will have experience in powder metallurgy or forging and be committed to working in a safe, team-oriented environment.

General responsibilities include

  • Checking parts according to the process sheets
  • Completing proper paperwork (Alerts, CARs, RFC, Process Sheets, SPC, etc.)
  • Handling of scrap, and gauging.
  • In addition, to adjusting sizes, load and unload parts, checking parts, changing tools, punches, and dies, and adjust robot as needed.

    Position is on 2nd Shift ($0.95 Shift Differential)

    ***$1,000 sign on bonus***

    Required Skills and Education

    Manufacturing experience preferred.
