• Koordination, Steuerung und kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung der logistischen Abläufe im Werk - vom Wareneingang über die Produktionslogistik bis hin zur Anlieferung beim Kunden
• Verantwortung für die regelmäßige Kontrolle und Pflege der Lagerbestände, Lagerorte und Inventur, sowie Abstimmung mit der Produktion zur Sicherung des Warenflusses
• Optimierung der Lagerhaltung von verschiedenen Materialien
• Durchführung umfassender Analysen in Hinblick der Unternehmensziele, Markt- und Verbesserungspotentiale
• Erstellung von Kostenprognosen für Materialien, sowie Konzepten zur Kostensenkung
• Einhaltung gesetzlicher Regelungen, Umweltrichtlinien und Sicherheitsbestimmungen
• Regelmäßige Abstimmung mit der Beschaffung, dem Vertrieb und der Qualitätssicherung
• Führung, Entwicklung und Coaching der Mitarbeiter:innen im Logistik-Team, strategische Weiterentwicklung der Mitarbeiterqualifikationen, Planung von Weiterbildungsmaßnahmen
• Alle weiteren Aufgaben nach Anweisung

• Coordination, control and continuous development of logistics processes in the plant - from incoming goods to production logistics and delivery to the customer
• Responsibility for the regular monitoring and maintenance of stock levels, storage locations and stocktaking, as well as coordination with production to ensure the flow of goods
• Optimizing materials storage facilities
• Carrying out comprehensive analyses with regard to company goals, market and improvement potential
• Preparation of cost forecasts for materials and cost reduction concepts
• Compliance with legal regulations, environmental guidelines and safety regulations
• Regular coordination with procurement, sales and quality assurance
• Management, development and coaching of employees in the logistics team, strategic further development of employee qualifications, planning of further training measures

Required Skills and Education

DEUTSCH

• Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Wirtschaftswissenschaften, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen, Wirtschaftsmathematik, Logistik Management oder ähnlichem 
• Mindestens 7 Jahre Berufserfahrung in einer leitenden Funktion einer Logistik-Abteilung, idealerweise im Automobilumfeld
• Sehr gutes Fachwissen im Supply Chain Management (Disposition, Auftragsabwicklung, Fertigungsplanung), hohes technisches Verständnis
• Grundlegendes rechtliches Verständnis
• Gutes Grundwissen im Projektmanagement
• Führungsqualitäten, lösungsorientierte und verantwortungsbewusste Arbeitsweise
• Verhandlungsgeschick, Kommunikationsstärke, Durchsetzungsfähigkeit
• Sehr gute IT-Anwenderkenntnisse (MS-Office), Erfahrung mit Oracle vom Vorteil
• Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse

ENGLISH

• Completed studies in the field of economics, industrial engineering, commercial mathematics, logistics management or similar
• At least 7 years of professional experience in a managerial role in a logistics department, ideally in an automotive environment
• Very good expertise in supply chain management (scheduling, order processing, production planning), high level of technical understanding
• Knowledge of basic legal requirements
• Good basic knowledge of project management
• Leadership qualities, solution-orientated and responsible way of working
• Negotiating skills, strong communication skills, assertiveness
• Very good IT user skills (MS Office), experience with Oracle an advantage
• Very good knowledge of German and English
