Job Description

Zum Aufgabenbereich gehören:

• Analyse bestehender Produktionsprozesse mit dem Ziel der Kostenreduzierung, Effizienzsteigerung und Qualitätsverbesserung
• Entwicklung und Umsetzung von Projekten zur Prozessverbesserung, Produktionsautomatisierung und Einführung neuer Technologien
• Anwendung von Lean-Methoden zur kontinuierlichen Verbesserung und Identifizierung von Optimierungspotenzialen
• Durchführung von Kosten-Nutzen-Analysen für neue Technologien, Maschinen und Anlagen
• Erstellung von Arbeitsplänen und Layouts zur optimalen Ressourcennutzung
• Erstellung und Präsentation von Produktionskennzahlen sowie regelmäßige Berichterstattung an das Management
• Auswertung der Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) zur Überwachung und Verbesserung der Produktivität und Effektivität der Produktionsanlagen
• Betreuung und Leitung von Projekten zur Einführung neuer Technologien und Produktionssysteme
• Erstellen von Zeit- und Kostenkalkulationen für Fertigungsprozesse

The Area of responsibility includes:

• Analysis of existing production processes with the aim of reducing costs, increasing efficiency and improving quality
• Development and implementation of projects to improve processes, automate production and introduce new technologies
• Application of lean methods for continuous improvement and identification of optimization potentials
• Carrying out cost-benefit analyses for new technologies, machines and systems
• Creating work plans and layouts to optimize the use of resources
• Preparation and presentation of key production figures and regular reporting to management
• Evaluation of Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) to monitor and improve the productivity and effectiveness of production facilities
• Supervision and management of projects for the introduction of new technologies and production systems
• Creating time and cost calculations for production processes
