We offer paid year-round Co-op and Summer Internship positions to help you supercharge your career. As a #TeamAAM Co-op or Intern, you’ll be immersed in the industry working with and learning from the best and brightest leaders. Here, you’ll grow and flex your skills, gain real-world experience and build lasting and invaluable connections to help propel you to long-term success in automotive manufacturing.

Early Career Rotational Program

Our Early Career Rotational Program aims to develop the next leaders and technical experts at AAM. It is designed for high potential early career individuals who are eager and interested in a future leadership role. As an Early Career Rotational Program Participant, you will receive classroom training, mentorship and a learning development plan within your 18-month rotation among three different, six-month assignments. The program provides meaningful experiences and training that sets a solid foundation for a successful career at AAM.

 

Group Intern

Early Career Functional Program

AAM's Early Career Functional Program is designed to develop early career professionals during their first 18 months in their position at AAM. The program focuses on providing technical and professional development, mentorship, and networking opportunities for Associates that are interested in expanding their knowledge of AAM and within their role. Eligible participants are recent college graduates with a bachelor’s or master’s degree. Limited functional programs are available and will vary from year-to-year.
