Job Description Summary

Organizes and analyzes tax forms for filing in accordance with regulations and as directed by management.Researching and monitoring appropriate federal, state, and local tax regulations and obligations.Preparing appropriate tax forms and instruments for filing with federal, state, and local jurisdictions.Helping other business units stay informed about the tax implications of their operation.Compiling and analyzing tax data and providing reports to management.

Estamos buscando um profissional Especial para gerir a área Fiscal da nossa planta de Usinagem de Bielas, que conta com cerca de 60 colaboradores. Você terá a responsabilidade de garantir a conformidade fiscal nacional e, ao mesmo tempo, manter a aderência às diretrizes e processos globais da nossa matriz nos EUA.

Os Seus Desafios:

✅ Execução End-to-End: Realizar o lançamento fiscal (NF de entrada, consumo, serviços), emissão de Certidões, Manifestação do Destinatário e gestão completa das rotinas.

✅ Apuração e Obrigações: Garantir a apuração correta de Impostos Diretos e Indiretos (ICMS, IPI, PIS/COFINS, Retidos) e a entrega das obrigações acessórias (SPED Fiscal, SPED Contribuições, EFD-Reinf, DCTF, PERDCOMP, etc.).

✅ Estratégia e Otimização: Atuar com planejamento tributário, identificando oportunidades de crédito, mitigando riscos e mantendo-se atualizado sobre regulamentos (incluindo o papel de Key-User na Reforma Tributária).

✅ Conformidade Global & Local: Manter a aderência aos procedimentos fiscais internos e externos, respondendo por auditorias corporativas e fiscais.

✅ Suporte Estratégico: Colaborar ativamente no fechamento e fornecer suporte especializado às equipes Contábil e Financeira.

✅ Autonomia com Suporte: Você responderá diretamente ao Coordenador Financeiro local e terá o apoio e suporte técnico do Coordenador Fiscal da nossa planta de Jundiaí para alinhamentos complexos.

O Que Esperamos de Você:

✅Formação: Superior Completo em Ciências Contábeis, Administração ou áreas correlatas.

✅Experiência: Sólida experiência nas funções fiscais, com profundo conhecimento das leis e regulamentos fiscais.

✅Habilidades: Autonomia, Capacidade Analítica, Resiliência, Senso de Urgência, Organização e Proatividade.

✅Desejável/Diferencial: Conhecimento no sistema Datasul, Excel Intermediário/Avançado e Inglês.
