Conducts time and motion studies.Conceptualizes improvements and assists in developing business cases.Develops and evaluates pilot programs, simulations, and prototypes. Implements new and enhanced processes and tools.Designs the layout of equipment and workspace for maximum efficiency. Analyzes and plans workforce utilization, space requirements, and workflow.Job Description:
- Realizar análises industriais e cálculos de capacidade.
- Preparar dados e avaliações para suportar decisões operacionais.
- Elaborar estudos técnicos utilizando Excel e documentos estruturados (incluindo Bluebook).
- Acompanhar processos produtivos para levantamento de tempos e parâmetros.
- Apoiar projetos de melhoria através de análises e dados estruturados.
- Participar da gestão de múltiplos projetos simultaneamente, mantendo prazos e prioridades.
- Garantir precisão e confiabilidade das informações técnicas geradas.
Required Skills and Education
- Capacidade de gerir várias atividades simultaneamente.
- Consistência no cumprimento de prazos.
- Resistência ao stress e capacidade de manter clareza sob pressão.
- Power BI – diferencial para construção de dashboards.
- Excel avançado (VBA/Macros).
- Inglês avançado.
