Job Description Summary

Responsible for the organization's system integrity, including master data, inventory, shipping and receiving. Analyzes, identifies and problem solves data integrity issues. Works with other SCM areas to identify, analyze, and develop system-improvement opportunities. Monitors and audits adherence to local and global procedures. Monitors and audits system usage and business process adherence.Investigates and incorporates industry benchmarks, metrics, and best practices to develop optimal supply chain system integrity. Responsible for supervision, training and development of the Data Integrity team.

Job Description

• Responsable de monitorear la integridad de los datos, utilizando informes y transacciones disponibles para ayudar a validar el desempeño diario. Proporcionar análisis de causa raíz para datos incorrectos.
• Responsable de liderar y realizar el proceso API.
• Responsable de monitorear el cumplimiento de las políticas / procedimientos / prácticas corporativas de integridad global de datos de SCM para mejorar el desempeño general en todas las áreas de integridad de datos de SCM.
• Responsable de las auditorías trimestrales del SCM y el desarrollo de planes de acción para implementar acciones correctivas para las no-conformidades identificadas.
• Responsable de la preparación y distribución de informes operativos mediante la recolección, análisis y resumen de datos y tendencias.
• Responsable de crear y seguir el cronograma de recuento de ciclos y procesar y realizar análisis de causa raíz para las discrepancias identificadas.
• Responsable de la integridad del sistema y procesos de negocio relacionados con la integridad del inventario y la administración de datos maestros.
• Responsable de liderar la carga presupuestaria de fin de año.
• Responsable de liderar el proceso de cierre de fin de mes.
• Responsable de la presentación de MMOG.
• Responsable de someter el cumplimiento de SOX.
• Responsable de seguir prácticas seguras.
• Responsable de supervisar, coordinar, capacitar, apoyar y colaborar dentro del SCM y otras funciones, tales como adquisiciones y finanzas, para establecer y mantener estándares documentados.
• Todas las demás tareas asignadas.

Required Skills and Education

Formacion en Ingeniería Industrial o logística. Habilidades de Decisiones bajo presion, planeacion, organización y analisis de informacion, gestion de Equipos de trabajo, autogestion y empuje.

Conocimiento y experiencia Excel Avanzado (Indispensable),experiencia en auditorias SOX, analisis de problemas, inventarios anuales, conteos cicliclos, etc.
