Wir suchen ab sofort für unseren Standort in Zell a. H. einen Maschinenbediener (m/w/d) in der Abteilung Zerspanung. Die Stelle ist unbefristet und in Vollzeit (40h/ Woche) zu besetzen.Job Description:
Das gehört zu deinen Aufgaben:
- Zu- und Abführen von Teilen
- Beheben von Störungen ggf. kleine Reparaturen
- Ordnung und Sauberkeit am Arbeitsplatz ggf. Maschinenreinigung
- Durchführung und Dokumentation von Wartungs- & Reinigungsarbeiten im Zyklus
- Durchführung von Werkzeugwechsel und Werkzeugkorrekturen
- Beurteilung der Qualität
- SPC und Erststückfreigabe gem. Vorgaben durchführen und dokumentieren
- Fehlerhafte Teile identifizieren, melden, dokumentieren und ggf. verschrotten
- Melden und Dokumentieren der Schichtleistung im BDE, ERP, SFM, etc.
- Melden von Produktionsausfall
- Einhaltung des Produktionsplans
- Anlernen von Mitarbeitern
- Unterstützung beim Rüsten von Anlagen und Maschinen
- Mitwirken bei Verbesserungsmaßnahmen
- Offene Kommunikation bei Fehlverhalten
Required Skills and Education
Das bringst du mit:
Fachlich:
- Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung im Metallbereich oder mehrjährige Berufserfahrung als Maschinenbediener
- Lesen technischer Zeichnungen
Persönlich:
- Verantwortungsbewusstes, vorbildliches und selbstständiges Arbeiten im Team
- Flexibilität und Lernbereitschaft
- Bereitschaft zur 3-Schicht-Arbeit
- Deutsch in Wort und Schrift
