Wir suchen ab sofort für unseren Standort in Zell a. H. einen Anlagenbediener (m/w/d) für die Abteilung Härterei.Job Description:
Deine Aufgaben:
- Wärmebehandlungsanlagen bedienen
- Wärmebehandlungsparameter erstellen
- Prozess- und Produkte überprüfen
- Vorgaben des Vorgesetzten umsetzen
- Zuständig für Ordnung und Sauberkeit im Anlagenbereich
- Einhalten der Sicherheitsvorgaben
- Transport der Waren zur nachfolgenden Abteilung
- Bedienen der Strahl- und Waschanlagen
- Dokumentieren von Wärmebehandlungs- und Produktdaten
- Durchführen von kleineren Reparaturen Mithilfe bei Großreparaturen und Wartung
- Prüfprotokolle erstellen
- Härteprüfungen durchführen
- Messungen nach Prüfplan oder Zeichnung durchführen (z.B. Innenverzahnung von Kegelrädern)
- Mitwirken beim Shopfloor-Management
- Anlernen neuer Mitarbeiter
Required Skills and Education
Das bringst du mit:
- Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung im Metallbereich oder mehrjährige Berufserfahrung
- Erfahrung im Bereich Härten oder Wärmebehandlung wünschenswert
- Staplerführerschein
