Wir suchen ab sofort für unseren Standort in Zell a. H. einen Maschinenbediener (m/w/d) in der Abteilung Massivumformung. Die Stelle ist in Vollzeit (40h/ Woche) zu besetzen.Job Description:
Deine Aufgaben:
- Produktion von Teilen an den zugewiesenen Maschinen
- Qualität der Arbeiten sicherstellen
- Selbstständiges Einrichten der verketteten Anlagen
- Durchführung von Werkzeugwechseln und kleinerer Reparaturen
- Durchführung und Dokumentation von Rüstvorgängen
- Verantwortung für die Prozessdokumentation
- Verantwortung für die Quantität und Qualität der produzierten Teile
- Durchführung von Prozessoptimierungen an verketteten Anlagen z.B. CNC Transfer, Handling Roboter etc.
- Mitarbeit bei Versuchen und Projekte
Required Skills and Education
Das bringst du mit:
- Vorzugsweise abgeschlossen Berufsausbildung im Metallbereich (oder ähnlich)
- Berufserfahrung im Bereich Massivumformung wünschenswert
- PC-Kenntnisse wünschenswert
- Bereitschaft zur Schichtarbeit
