Englisch:
•Lead and execute automation projects with a focus on mechanical design, special-purpose machinery, as well as pneumatic/hydraulic systems and machine vision – from concept development and design through to specifications, commissioning, including CE conformity and risk assessment

•End-to-end project management throughout the entire project lifecycle, including resource and personnel planning, technical coordination and management of internal and external interfaces to ensure efficient, on-time delivery of machinery and system concepts

• Leitung und Umsetzung anspruchsvoller Automatisierungsprojekte mit Fokus auf mechanische Konstruktion und Bildverarbeitung – von der Konzeptphase bis zur erfolgreichen Inbetriebnahme
• Technische Abstimmung und Koordination interner Schnittstellen sowie externer Partner zur Sicherstellung eines effizienten und reibungslosen Projektablaufs
• Projektbezogene Personal- und Ressourcenplanung in enger Abstimmung mit den verantwortlichen Führungskräften
• Entwicklung und Realisierung innovativer Sondermaschinen, Vorrichtungen und Betriebsmittel für eine moderne und effiziente Produktionsumgebung
• Konzeption und Umsetzung leistungsfähiger Maschinen- und Anlagenlösungen zur nachhaltigen Steigerung von Automatisierungsgrad, Qualität und Effizienz
• Erstellung und Prüfung aussagekräftiger Lastenhefte als Grundlage für technisch anspruchsvolle Anlagenprojekte
• Ausarbeitung und Umsetzung von Pneumatik- und Hydraulikkonzepten im Rahmen der mechanischen Konstruktion
• Sicherstellung der CE-Konformität inklusive technischer Dokumentation und Durchführung von Risikobeurteilungen (z. B. mit SAFExpert)
• Integration moderner Bildverarbeitungssysteme (z. B. Keyence) in bestehende und neue Anlagenkonzepte
• Begleitung der Inbetriebnahme von Maschinen und Anlagen sowie Sicherstellung eines stabilen Produktionsstarts

Englisch:

• Lead and manage complex automation projects with a focus on mechanical design and machine vision – from concept phase through to successful commissioning
• Coordinate technical requirements and manage internal interfaces as well as external partners to ensure efficient and smooth project execution
• Plan project-related personnel and resources in close collaboration with responsible managers
• Develop and implement innovative special-purpose machines, fixtures and production equipment for a modern and efficient manufacturing environment
• Design and realize high-performance machine and system solutions to sustainably increase automation levels, quality and efficiency
• Create and review comprehensive technical specifications (functional specifications) as the basis for complex equipment projects
• Develop and implement pneumatic and hydraulic concepts within mechanical design
• Ensure CE compliance, including technical documentation and execution of risk assessments (e.g., using SAFExpert)
• Integrate modern machine vision systems (e.g., Keyence) into existing and new equipment concepts
• Support machine and system commissioning and ensure a stable production ramp-up

Required Skills and Education

Deutsch:

• Abgeschlossenes Studium oder Weiterbildung zum Techniker im Maschinenbau, in der Konstruktion oder Automatisierungstechnik
• Erfahrung in der Auslegung und Konzeption von Maschinen und Anlagen, idealerweise im industriellen Umfeld
• Strukturierte, eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise kombiniert mit Projektmanagement-Kompetenz
• Teamfähigkeit und Kommunikationsstärke im Austausch mit verschiedenen Schnittstellen
• Sicherer Umgang mit CAD-Systemen (vorzugsweise Siemens NX)
• Kenntnisse relevanter Normen und Richtlinien im Maschinen- und Anlagenbau (CE)
• Erfahrung mit Robotik (z. B. FANUC) und Bildverarbeitung (z. B. Keyence) von Vorteil
• Erste Erfahrung in der Inbetriebnahme von Anlagen wünschenswert

Englisch:

• Degree or advanced technical qualification (e.g., technician) in mechanical engineering, design engineering or automation engineering
• Experience in the design and development of machinery and production systems, ideally in an industrial environment
• Structured, self-reliant working style combined with strong project management skills
• Team-oriented mindset with strong communication skills for cross-functional collaboration
• Proficiency in CAD systems (preferably Siemens NX)
• Knowledge of relevant standards and regulations in mechanical and plant engineering (CE)
• Experience with robotics (e.g., FANUC) and machine vision systems (e.g., Keyence) is an advantage
• Initial experience in commissioning production equipment is desirable
