You will take on all typical indirect purchasing tasks, have the opportunity to help shape the company and have room for development. Your area of responsibility covers the German and European markets.

Job Description

DEUTSCH:

  • Verantwortung für den Einkauf von produktionsspezifischem Material und Zubehör
  • Aufbereitung und Erstellung von Angeboten und Angebotsvergleichen
  • Preis- und Vertragsverhandlungen mit Lieferanten nach Zielvorgaben (Mengen, Preise, Termine)
  • Lieferantenmanagement inklusive der Verfolgung der relevanten Einkaufs-KPIs
  • Unterstützung der Materialdisposition bei Versorgungsproblemen
  • Erarbeitung und Umsetzung von Beschaffungsstrategien
  • Sicherstellung der Kundenanforderungen durch Verhandlung komplexer Lieferantenverträge
  • Durchführung komplexer Analysen (Verbrauch, Preise etc.) aus dem jeweiligen Einkaufs- bzw. Warenbereich
  • Identifikation und Qualifizierung neuer Lieferanten auf internationaler Ebene

ENGLISH:

  • Responsibility for purchasing production-specific materials and accessories
  • Preparation and creation of offers and offer comparisons
  • Price and contract negotiations with suppliers according to targets (quantities, prices, deadlines)
  • Supplier management including tracking the relevant purchasing KPIs
  • Supporting material planning in the event of supply problems
  • Development and implementation of procurement strategies
  • Ensuring customer requirements are met by negotiating complex supplier contracts
  • Carrying out complex analyses (consumption, prices, etc.) from the respective purchasing or goods area
  • Identifying and qualifying new suppliers on an international level

Required Skills and Education

DEUTSCH:
  • Technisches oder betriebswirtschaftliches Studium oder vergleichbare Ausbildung
  • Mindestens 3-5 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Einkauf 
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse im Einkauf und gute Industriekenntnisse
  • Selbstständiges Arbeiten, hohe Eigenmotivation
  • Sehr gutes Verhandlungsgeschick und Kommunikationsstark
  • Teamfähig und durchsetzungsstark
  • Ausgeprägtes Kostenbewusstsein und analytisches Denken
  • Sehr gute Kenntnisse und Umgang mit Excel und PowerPoint
  • Wissen über das Umfeld eines multinationalen Unternehmens sind von Vorteil
  • Sehr gutes Deutsch und Englisch in Wort und Schrift

ENGLISH:

  • Technical or business studies or comparable training
  • At least 3-5 years of professional experience in purchasing 
  • Sound knowledge of purchasing and good industry knowledge
  • Ability to work independently, high level of self-motivation
  • Very good negotiating skills and strong communication skills
  • Team player and assertive
  • Strong cost awareness and analytical thinking
  • Very good knowledge and use of Excel and PowerPoint
  • Knowledge of the environment of a multinational company is an advantage
  • Very good written and spoken German and English
