Job Description Summary

Verantwortlich für die Betreuung, Instandhaltung sowie Optimierung der im Betrieb vorhandenen Maschinen und Anlagen. Zudem verantwortlich für die Sicherstellung der Betriebsbereitschaft durch Fehlerbehebung, Testen der Maschinen und enger Zusammenarbeit mit den Mitarbeitern.

Job Description

• Betreuung, Instandhaltung sowie Reparatur der im Betrieb eingesetzten Maschinen (Drehmaschinen, Fräszentren) sowie Energie- und Gebäudetechnik
• Sicherstellung der Verfügbarkeit von Anlagen und Maschinen durch permanente Erhaltung der Betriebsbereitschaft, Störungsbehebung und Anlagenoptimierung
• Selbständiges Eingrenzen, Erkennen und Beheben von Störungsursachen
• Inbetriebnahme und Testen der Maschinen
• Erstellung der Schaltpläne mit Hilfe von CAD-Zeichenprogrammen
• Enge Zusammenarbeit mit allen Mitarbeiter/-innen in der Produktion
• Allgemeine elektronische Tätigkeiten

Required Skills and Education

• Berufsausbildung im Bereich Elektriker/-in oder Elektroniker/in mit der Fachrichtung Betriebstechnik
• Idealerweise mit Berufserfahrung
• Ausgeprägtes handwerkliches Geschick
• Technisches Verständnis sowie eine schnelle Auffassungsgabe
• Erfahrungen im Umgang mit Siemens S5, S7 und NC/CNC-Steuerungen
• Verantwortungsbewusstsein und Zuverlässigkeit
• Lösungsorientiertheit, selbstständige Arbeitsweise sowie Teamfähigkeit
• Bereitschaft zur Schichtarbeit, ggf. zum Bereitschaftsdienst
• Grundkenntnisse TIA Portal und Step7 wünschenswert
