Job Description

DEUTSCH:

• Tägliche, wöchentliche, monatliche und jährliche Überwachung des NPM-Bestands (Non Production Materials) auf Möglichkeiten zur Verringerung des Umlaufs, zur Erhöhung der Umschlagshäufigkeit, zur Entsorgung von inaktivem Material und zur Ermittlung von Trends bei potenziell hohem Diebstahl/Schrott/Verlust von Material.
• Ermitteln der Ursachen von Inventurdiskrepanzen (z. B. negativer Bestand) und Einleiten geeigneter Abhilfemaßnahmen zur Korrektur der Aufzeichnungen.
• Überprüfung von Berichten über offene Bestellungen und Empfang/Disposition für inventarisiertes Material nach Bedarf.
• Überprüfung von Rechnungen zur Empfangsbestätigung.
• Protokollierung von Nichtkonformitäten aus dem Materialeingang in das derzeit genutzte Repository und ggf. Verfolgung der Lösung mit dem Lieferanten.
• Schnittstelle zu Drittanbietern (Reparaturgarantie, Chemikalienmanagement usw.) in Bezug auf interne oder externe Bestandsanforderungen oder -probleme
• Überprüfung von Werkzeuglageranfragen (TSRs) und anfänglichen Wiederholungskäufen vom Vortag, Stornierung unnötiger Bestellungen.
• Unterstützung der World Class Manufacturing (WCM)-Aktivitäten, wie sie im Tool Stores Book of Knowledge definiert sind, durch tägliche Housekeeping-Reviews und/oder 5-S-Checks sowie durch die Initiierung und Umsetzung von Kaizens. Teilnahme an WCM-Säulenausschüssen nach Bedarf
• Unterstützung der Auftragsbearbeitung und -kontrolle (OPC) bei allen Bestell- und Nachverfolgungsfragen, die OPC benötigt.
• Unterstützung bei monatlichen Audits und Inventuren Anforderungen; Zusammenarbeit mit Dienstleistern, um die Ursachen für Zählabweichungen zu ermitteln und entsprechende Korrekturmaßnahmen zu ergreifen.
• Mithilfe bei der Bereitstellung des NPIC-Systemzugangs nach Bedarf.
• Verantwortlich für den CMR Prozess zur Teileanlage und Verschlüsslung nach AAM Standard mit externen Supportteam
• Verantwortlich für den General Store Prozess nach neuen AAM Standards

ENGLISH:

• Monitor Non Production Materials (NPM) inventory on a daily, weekly, monthly and annual basis for opportunities to reduce circulation, increase turnover, dispose of inactive material and identify trends in potential high theft/scrap/loss of material.
• Determine causes of inventory discrepancies (e.g. negative stock) and initiate appropriate corrective action to correct records.
• Review open purchase order reports and receipt/disposition for inventoried material as required.
• Review invoices to confirm receipt.
• Log non-conformances from material receipt to repository currently in use and follow up with vendor for resolution as necessary.
• Interface with third party vendors (repair warranty, chemical management, etc.) regarding internal or external inventory requests or issues
• Review tool stock requests (TSRs) and initial repeat purchases from previous day, cancel unnecessary orders.
• Support World Class Manufacturing (WCM) activities as defined in the Tool Stores Book of Knowledge through daily housekeeping reviews and/or 5-S checks as well as initiating and implementing Kaizens. Participation in WCM pillar committees as required 
• Assist Order Processing and Control (OPC) with all ordering and tracking issues required by OPC.
• Assist with monthly audits and inventory requirements; work with service providers to determine root causes of count discrepancies and take appropriate corrective action.
• Assist in providing NPIC system access as needed.
• Responsible for CMR process for parts creation and coding to AAM standard with external support team
• Responsible for the General Store process according to new AAM standards

Required Skills and Education

DEUTSCH:

• Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium (Bachelor) in einer technischen Disziplin, oder eine erfolgreich abgeschlossene adäquate Ausbildung
• Mindestens 2 Jahre Berufserfahrung als Lagerleiter, möglichst in einem produzierenden Unternehmen
• Routinierter Umgang mit Warenwirtschaftssystemen und MS Office
• Gewissenhaftigkeit, Belastbarkeit, Teamfähigkeit und Qualitätsbewusstsein
• Durchsetzungs-, Entscheidungs- und Kommunikationsstärke
• Eine unternehmerische, offene und kostenbewusste Denk- und Arbeitsweise
• Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse und gute Englischkenntnisse

ENGLISH:

• Successfully completed studies (Bachelor) in a technical discipline, or successfully completed adequate vocational training
• At least 2 years of professional experience as a warehouse manager, preferably in a manufacturing company
• Routine handling of merchandise management systems and MS Office
• Conscientiousness, ability to work under pressure, team spirit and quality awareness
• Assertiveness, decisiveness and strong communication skills
• An entrepreneurial, open and cost-conscious way of thinking and working
• Very good knowledge of German and good knowledge of English
