DEUTSCH:
Sie übernehmen die Koordination aller mit der Anlagenverfügbarkeit verbundenen Wartungs- und Instandhaltungsmaßnahmen. Darunter zählt u.a. die Koordinierung von Projektbeteiligten (intern + extern) und die Berücksichtigung diverser Prämissen (Sicherheit, Wirtschaftlichkeit, Nachhaltigkeit). Ziel ist dabei die Maschinenverfügbarkeit durch Einleitung von vorbeugenden Maßnahmen zu erhöhen.

You will be responsible for coordinating all maintenance and repair measures associated with system availability. This includes the coordination of project participants (internal + external) and the consideration of various premises (safety, economic efficiency, sustainability). The aim is to increase machine availability by initiating preventive measures.

Job Description

DEUTSCH:

• Sie analysieren Schwachstellen, entwickeln Konzepte und führen Maßnahmen zur Optimierung der Instandhaltung (Inspektion, Wartung, Reparatur, Verbesserung) aus
• Erstellung und Aktualisierung von TPM-Wartungsplänen der Fertigung einschl. Kontrolle in Bezug auf Durchführung und Effektivität
• Erstellung und Bearbeitung aller Wartungsaktivitäten und - prozesse in unseren ERP-Systemen (Plex/Oracle)
• Auswertung und Controlling der Instandhaltungsaktivitäten auf Basis der KPI Daten aus den ERP Systemen
• Sie erstellen Jahresplanungen (Wartungen, Revisionen etc.) mit den jeweiligen Maschinenbetreibern, berücksichtigen gesetzliche Änderungen und leiten entsprechende Maßnahmen in Zusammenarbeit ein
• Sie entwickeln Pläne für die Instandsetzung durch Eingabe von Arbeitsanforderungen, Ermittlung der besten/geringsten Kosten, Schätzung von Zeit, Teilen, Werkzeugen und Material.
• Sie verbessern den Wartungsbetrieb durch Überprüfung von Produktionsaufzeichnungen, Analyse von Präventions- und Reparaturkosten und -zeiten, Identifizierung von Problemen und Trends sowie Empfehlungen für neue Ansätze.

ENGLISH:

• Analyze weak points, develop concepts and implement measures to optimize maintenance (inspection, maintenance, repair, improvement)
• Creating and updating TPM maintenance plans for production, including monitoring implementation and effectiveness
• Creating and processing all maintenance activities and processes in our ERP systems (Plex/Oracle)
• Evaluation and controlling of maintenance activities based on KPI data from the ERP systems
• You create annual plans (maintenance, revisions, etc.) with the respective machine operators, take legal changes into account and initiate appropriate measures in cooperation with them
• You develop plans for maintenance by entering work requirements, determining best/least cost, estimating time, parts, tools and materials.
• Improve maintenance operations by reviewing production records, analyzing prevention and repair costs and times, identifying problems and trends, and recommending new approaches.

Required Skills and Education

DEUTSCH:

• Erfolgreich abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung zum Elektroniker für Automatisierungstechnik oder Betriebstechnik, Industriemechaniker, Mechatroniker oder einer vergleichbaren Fachrichtung
• Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Bereich Instandhaltung und Wartung, vorzugsweise in einem produzierenden Unternehmen
• Selbstständige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise, analytisches und lösungsorientiertes Handeln sowie Leistungsbereitschaft
• Sie besitzen ausgezeichnete Fähigkeiten zur Selbstorganisation, ganzheitliches und abteilungsübergreifendes Denken sowie Erfahrung in der Zusammenarbeit mit Schnittstellen
• Fundierter Umgang in der Nutzung von Microsoft Office und Outlook
• Sehr gute Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

ENGLISH:

• Successfully completed vocational training as an electronics technician for automation technology or industrial engineering, industrial mechanic, mechatronics technician or a comparable specialization
• Several years of professional experience in the field of maintenance and servicing, preferably in a manufacturing company
• Independent and structured way of working, analytical and solution-oriented approach and willingness to perform
• You have excellent self-organization skills, holistic and cross-departmental thinking and experience in working with interfaces
• Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office and Outlook
• Very good German and good written and spoken English skills
