• Verantwortung für die Qualitätsvorausplanung in der Produktentstehungsphase und interne und externe Abstimmung der Qualitätsstrategie

• Mitwirkung bei der Lieferantenauswahl und -entwicklung für Zukaufteilen und externe Dienstleistungen 

• Mitwirkung bei der Entwicklung und Umsetzung der internen Qualitätsziele und für die technische Bewertung und Kalkulation von Kundenanfragen inkl. Machbarkeitsanalyse

• Mitwirkung bei der Optimierung (organisatorisch und technisch) im Fachbereich 

• Verantwortung für Q - Audits entsprechend dem internen Auditprogramm und für die Q - Dokumentenpflege im Produktlebenszyklus

• Mitwirkung für die Stammdatenpflege während der gesamten Laufzeit von Projekten sowie beim Änderungsmanagement von Zeichnungen  

• Verantwortung für die Reklamationsbearbeitung in der Produktentstehungsphase bis EOB

• Durchführung aller funktionsspezifischen Aktivitäten gemäß dem Materialwirtschaftskonzept im ERP-System z.B. BDE Meldungen, Materialbuchungen etc. 

• Mitwirkung beim Designtransfer von Produkten einschließlich der Prozessvalidierung 

• Verantwortung für das Risikomanagement im Rahmen von Entscheidungen bei Abweichungen im Prozess oder Produkt sowohl in Planungs- als auch Serienstufe 

• Ansprechpartner (m/w/d) für alle Qualitätsentscheidungen, die die täglichen Aktivitäten von Entwicklungsprojekten betreffen, in Übereinstimmung mit den relevanten regulatorischen Anforderungen

• Im Bedarfsfall Koordination von operativen Aktivitäten z.B. „Task Force“, um die Produkte oder Prozesse zurück in die Erfolgsspur zu führen 

• Mitwirkung in der Grundlagenarbeit (Erstellen und Überwachung von Standardisierungen)

• Responsibility for advance quality planning in the product development phase and internal and external coordination of the quality strategy
• Participation in supplier selection and development for purchased parts and external services 
• Participation in the development and implementation of internal quality targets and for the technical evaluation and calculation of customer inquiries, including feasibility analysis

• Responsibility for Q audits in accordance with the internal audit program and for Q document maintenance in the product life cycle
• Participation in master data maintenance throughout the entire duration of projects and in change management of drawings  
• Responsibility for complaints processing in the product development phase up to EOB
• Carrying out all function-specific activities in accordance with the materials management concept in the ERP system, e.g. PDA messages, material postings, etc. 
• Participation in the design transfer of products including process validation 
• Responsibility for risk management in the context of decisions in the event of deviations in the process or product at both the planning and series production stages 
• Contact person (m/f/d) for all quality decisions concerning the daily activities of development projects in accordance with the relevant regulatory requirements
• If necessary, coordination of operational activities, e.g. “task force”, to bring products or processes back on track for success 
• Participation in basic work (creation and monitoring of standardizations)

• Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Hochschulstudium (Bachelor oder Master) der Ingenieurswissenschaften mit Schwerpunkt Kraftfahrzeugtechnik und weiterführender Spezialisierung Qualitätsmanagement oder Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation

• Mehrjährige (idealerweise 2-5 Jahre) fachspezifische Berufserfahrung im Qualitätsbereich in der Automobilindustrie

• Kenntnisse aktueller Vorgehensweisen zur Qualitätssicherung und Qualitätsrichtlinien (z.B. ISO 9001, IATF etc.)

• Kommunikationsstärke und eine lösungsorientierte Herangehensweise (z.B. im Umgang mit komplexen Sachverhalten)

• Gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

Englisch

• Successfully completed university degree (Bachelor's or Master's) in engineering with a focus on automotive engineering and further specialization in quality management or industrial engineering or a comparable qualification
• Several years (ideally 2-5 years) of specialist professional experience in the field of quality in the automotive industry
• Knowledge of current quality assurance procedures and quality guidelines (e.g. ISO 9001, IATF etc.)
• Strong communication skills and a solution-oriented approach (e.g. when dealing with complex issues)
• Good written and spoken English skills
