Job Description

DEUTSCH:

• Leitung und Steuerung des gesamten Produktionssprozesses einschließlich Sicherstellung der Fertigungsziele hinsichtlich Termintreue, Qualität, Effizienz und Kosten, inkl. Nachbetrachtung und Mitwirkung bei der Problem- und Fehleranalyse
• Sicherstellung der Verfügbarkeit von Arbeitskräften und Materialien zur Einhaltung der täglichen Produktionspläne
• Identifizierung von Engpässen und Problemen im Produktionssablauf und aktive abteilungsübergreifende Zusammenarbeit zur Lösung dieser Probleme
• Entwicklung und Implementierung von Verbesserungsinitiativen zur Steigerung der Produktivität, Effizienz und Qualität im Sinne von Operational Performance Excellence/Lean Production
• Fachliche und disziplinarische Führung des Fertigungsteams (ca. 240) im Schichtsystem, regelmäßiges Schulen in den betrieblichen Abläufen sowie Förderung und Weiterentwicklung der Mitarbeiter:innen
• Klare Kommunikation der Erwartungen und Anforderungen sowie Bewertung und Feedback an Führungskräfte und Mitarbeiter
• Verfolgung produktionsrelevanter Kennzahlen und Erarbeitung von Maßnahmen und Lösungen im Falle von Abweichungen (KPI)
• Koordinierung der Wartung u. Instandhaltung der Maschinen und Überwachung von Prozess- und Qualitätskontrollen

ENGLISH:

• Management and control of the entire production process, including ensuring that production targets are met in terms of adherence to deadlines, quality, efficiency and costs, including follow-up and participation in problem and error analysis
• Ensuring the availability of labor and materials to meet daily production schedules
• Identifying bottlenecks and problems in the production process and actively working together across departments to solve these problems
• Developing and implementing improvement initiatives to increase productivity, efficiency and quality in the spirit of Operational Performance Excellence/Lean Production
• Technical and disciplinary management of the production team (approx. 180) in a shift system, regular training in operational processes as well as promotion and further development of employees
• Clear communication of expectations and requirements as well as evaluation and feedback to managers and employees
• Tracking production-relevant key figures and developing measures and solutions in the event of deviations (KPI)
• Coordinating the maintenance and servicing of machines and monitoring process and quality controls

Required Skills and Education

DEUTSCH:

• erfolgreich abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung sowie eine Weiterbildung zum Meister / Techniker / Bachelor (m/w/d)
• Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Bereich Produktionsplanung und -steuerung sowie einschlägige, relevante Führungserfahrung im Produktionsumfeld
• Kommunikationsstark, Konfliktlösungskompetenz, Verantwortungsbewusst, motivierend
• Fähigkeit, auch in schwierigen Situationen den Überblick zu behalten
• Gute MS-Office und ERP-Kenntnisse (idealerweise Oracle)
• Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift, gute Englischkenntnisse

ENGLISH:

• Successfully completed vocational training and further training as a master craftsman / technician / bachelor (m/f/d)
• Several years of professional experience in production planning and control as well as relevant management experience in a production environment
• Strong communication skills, conflict resolution skills, sense of responsibility, motivating
• Ability to maintain an overview even in difficult situations
• Good knowledge of MS Office and ERP (ideally Oracle)
• Very good written and spoken German, good English skills
