Job Description Summary

Oversees the daily operations of high volume Automated CNC Production Cell. Including but not limited to, the safety, Quality, Production Goals and continuous improvements of the assigned value stream.
We offer a $3,000 sign on bonus after 100 days of employment, and offer an employee referral bonus program.

Job Description

  • 1 - 3 years of experience in high volume precision machining environment.
  • General understanding of manufacturing processes and thorough knowledge of CNC Machine Tool operation, Tooling, Work-holding, and Programming.
  • Performing daily dimension checks in accordance to control plan and quality documents.
  • Machine set- ups and change over
  • Required to change and present tooling
  • Troubleshooting daily production problems through root cause analysis techniques.
  • Ability to perform and train associates on standardized work and quality standards .
  • Practice in continuous Improvement Processes
  • Ability to keep a safe and clean work environment
  • Adhere to Corporate policies and procedures
  • High level of interpersonal skills to work effectively with others

Required Skills and Education

  • Ability to complete mathematical computations
  • Experience using Calipers, Indicators and other basic measuring equipment
  • Ability to interpret Blueprints and CMM reports
  • Good oral and written communication skills
  • required to obtain Forklift and LOTO Certifications
  • Ability to work effectively with others
  • Acceptable attendance record
  • GED and High School Diploma
