Job Description Summary

Oversees project progress and costs; communicates status with stakeholders and participating functional areas; addresses and resolves problems. Coordinates within the business unit for each deliverable within the project. Communicates with customer and manages expectations. Ensures effective use of project controls and reporting mechanisms. Coordinates project staffing; motivates and develops project team. Provides leadership to the project team members.

Job Description

• Ability to work on projects with general direction and minimal guidance.
• Demonstrable ability to lead and deliver projects through to completion
• Demonstrate competency in maintaining project documents using approved methodology, tools, and  templates.
• Demonstrated ability to plan and organize projects including schedules, budgets, and project deliverables
• Experience in advising and guiding managers through projects
• Proven ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• All other duties as assigned.

Required Skills and Education

Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent expereince

At least 5 year's experience managing programs
