• Verantwortung für Entwicklung, technische Kalkulation, Installation und Überwachung
• Verantwortung Erstellung, Aktualisierung und Verfügbarkeit von Prozessdatenblättern
• Verantwortung für die Werkzeugauslegung und den effektiven Einsatz der Werkzeuge
• Verantwortung für die Lieferantenauswahl in Bezug auf Werkzeuge und Vorrichtungen in Zusammenarbeit mit dem Bereich Logistik
• Verantwortung für die Werkzeugverbräuche gemäß der Planung und/oder Vorgabe
• Unterstützung des Bereiches Logistik bei der Sicherstellung der optimalen Werkzeugverfügbarkeit und der Einhaltung der Bestandsvorgaben
• Anleitung, Einweisung und Schulung von Mitarbeiter/innen
• Unterstützung bei der technischen Bewertung und Kalkulation von Kundenanfragen
• Unterstützung bei der Qualitätsvorausplanung
• Bereichsübergreifende und gruppeninterne Zusammenarbeit zur effektiven Nutzung der Maschinen und Anlagen
• Verantwortung für die fachbereichsbezogene Beurteilung bei der Planung, Beschaffung und Nutzungsänderung von Maschinen und Anlagen
• Verantwortung für die Planung, Erstellung, Verwaltung und Archivierung von fachbereichsbezogenen Datensicherungen 
• Stammdatenpflege
• Durchführung aller funktionsspezifischen Aktivitäten gemäß unseres Materialwirtschaftskonzeptes im ERP-System z.B. BDE Meldungen, Materialbuchungen etc.

• Responsibility for supplier selection concerning tools and equipment in cooperation with the logistics department

• Guidance, instruction and training of employees
• Support in the technical evaluation and calculation of customer inquiries
• Support in advance quality planning
• Cross-divisional and group-internal cooperation for the effective utilization of machines and systems
• Responsibility for department-related assessment in the planning, procurement and change in utilization of machines and systems
• Responsibility for planning, creating, managing and archiving department-related data backups 
• Master data maintenance
• Carrying out all function-specific activities following our materials management concept in the ERP system

Required Skills and Education

Deutsch:

• Erfolgreich abgeschlossene fachspezifische Berufsausbildung in einem Metallberuf
• Erfolgreich abgeschlossene mind. 2 jährige fachspezifische Weiterbildung z.B.Techniker
• langjährige ( ab 6 Jahre) fachspezifische Berufserfahrung in einem Metallberuf
• Gute Kommunikationsfähigkeit

Englisch:

• Successfully completed specialized vocational training in a metal profession
• Successfully completed at least 2 years of specialized further training and education, e.g. technician
• At least six years of specialized professional experience in a metal processing profession
• Good communication skills
