Training and development analystJob Description Summary
Design, coordinate, and implement training and development strategies that enhance the technical and professional competencies of personnel, aligned with organizational goals, contributing to increased productivity, safety, and performance.Job Description
Identify training needs (TNA) at the organizational level.
Design, implement, and evaluate technical training and human development programs.
Coordinate internal and external training sessions, as well as manage training providers.
Develop and follow up on the annual training plan.
Measure the impact and return on investment (ROI) of development programs.
Keep documentation and area indicators up to date.
Support organizational development processes (performance evaluations, work climate surveys, etc.).
Required Skills and Education
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Education, or a related field.
Additional certifications in Training & Development, Organizational Development, or LMS platforms are a plus.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in training and development, preferably in industrial or manufacturing environments.
Experience conducting Training Needs Assessments (TNA) and developing annual training plans
