We are looking as soon as possible for a temporary AP Accountant (m/f/d) supporting our Finance Team in our location in Zell a. H.
The vacant position is temporary.

Job Description

Deine Aufgaben:

• Die Verwaltung von Eingangsrechnungen und deren Buchung
• Die Überprüfung und Freigabe von Zahlungen an Lieferanten
• Die Pflege von Kreditorenkonten
• Das Abstimmen von Rechnungen und Zahlungen
• Die Sicherstellung, dass Zahlungen fristgerecht erfolgen und alle relevanten Unterlagen korrekt sind
• Unterstützung in Projekten

Your tasks:

• Managing incoming invoices and posting them
• Checking and approving payments to suppliers
• Maintaining vendor accounts
• Reconciling invoices and payments
• Ensuring that payments are made on time and that all relevant documentation is correct
• Support the team in /with upcoming projects

Required Skills and Education

Das bringst Du mit:

• Erste Erfahrungen in der Finanzbuchhaltung oder vergleichbare Kenntnisse sind von Vorteil
• Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office, insbesondere Excel
• Zahlenaffinität und eine strukturierte Arbeitsweise
• Teamfähigkeit, Zuverlässigkeit und Eigeninitiative

Your competencies:

• Initial experience in financial accounting or comparable knowledge will be an advantage
• Experienced  handling of MS Office, especially Excel
• Affinity to numbers and a structured way of working
• Ability to work in a team, reliability and initiative Ability to work under pressure
