Responsável pela execução e acompanhamento de processos de folha de pagamento, admissões, desligamentos, gestão de benefícios e encargos trabalhistas, garantindo conformidade legal e suporte a gestores e colaboradores.

Job Description

Departamento Pessoal

  • Executar e acompanhar o processo de folha de pagamento (mensal, férias, rescisões e 13º salário), em conformidade com a legislação trabalhista, previdenciária e sindical.
  • Administrar admissões, demissões e movimentações de colaboradores no sistema de gestão.
  • Gerir benefícios (vale transporte, alimentação, saúde, entre outros), garantindo a correta apuração e interface com fornecedores.
  • Realizar o fechamento de encargos trabalhistas (INSS, FGTS, IRRF, eSocial), assegurando prazos e compliance.
  • Atender auditorias internas e externas, disponibilizando relatórios e documentos quando necessário.
  • Apoiar gestores e colaboradores em dúvidas relacionadas à folha, ponto eletrônico, férias e direitos trabalhistas.

Analytics

  • Coletar, organizar e analisar dados de Recursos Humanos relacionados a turnover, absenteísmo, custos de pessoal, horas extras, entre outros indicadores de gestão.
  • Desenvolver melhorias nos relatórios gerenciais para monitoramento de KPIs de RH e DP.
  • Apoiar na projeção de custos de pessoal (budget, forecast e análises de variação).
  • Identificar padrões e tendências em dados de pessoas, sugerindo insights para melhorias em políticas, processos e tomada de decisão.

Garantir a integridade, confidencialidade e qualidade dos dados de pessoas.

Required Skills and Education

  • Formação superior em Administração, Ciências Contábeis, Recursos Humanos ou áreas correlatas.
  • Experiência prévia em Departamento Pessoal, incluindo legislação trabalhista e rotinas de folha.
  • Conhecimento do eSocial e legislação vigente.
  • Domínio de Excel avançado; experiência com ferramentas de BI (Power BI, Tableau ou similares), será considerado como diferencial.
  • Capacidade analítica, raciocínio lógico e atenção a detalhes.
  • Inglês intermediário.
