Job Description Summary

DEUTSCH

Steuerung der täglichen Kunden- und Lieferantentermine, um die Einhaltung der Lieferpläne zu gewährleisten; Sicherstellung der Einhaltung festgelegter Richtlinien und Verfahren. Hält die PFEP-Bestandsziele ein, um den Materialfluss von der Zulieferkette bis zur Produktion zu gewährleisten, und kümmert sich um Kapazitätsengpässe. Zusammenarbeit mit Sales und Einkauf, um Kapazitätsengpässe zu beheben.

Manage day-to-day customer and supplier schedules to ensure delivery schedules are met; ensure compliance with established policies and procedures. Maintains PFEP inventory targets to ensure material flow from supply chain to production and addresses capacity bottlenecks. Collaborate with Sales and Purchasing to resolve capacity bottlenecks.

  • Fachliche und disziplinarische Führung des SCM- und Logistikteams sowie die Weiterentwicklung der Mitarbeiter

  • Koordination, Steuerung und kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung der logistischen Abläufe im Werk

  • Erreichen von Bestandszielen durch Festlegung und Kontrolle der Produktions- und Planungsanforderungen

  • Direkte Koordinierung mit der Produktion, um die Einhaltung der Produktionspläne zu gewährleisten.

  • Überwachung der Lieferanten-Scorecard und Unterstützung bei Verbesserungs-plänen bei schlechter Lieferanten-Performance.

  • Management von Kapazitätsengpässen

ENGLISH

  • Technical and disciplinary management of the SCM and logistics team and the development of associates

  • Coordination, control and continuous development of logistics processes in the plant

  • Achieving inventory targets by defining and controlling production and planning requirements

  • Coordinate directly with production to ensure production schedules are met.

  • Monitoring the supplier scorecard and assisting with improvement plans in the event of supplier underperformance.

  • Management of capacity bottlenecks

Required Skills and Education

DEUTSCH

  • Abgeschlossenes technisches oder betriebswirtschaftliches Studium im Bereich Logistik Management oder vergleichbares Studium

  • Berufserfahrung im Bereich Supply Chain Management, idealerweise im Automobilumfeld

  • Hohes technisches Verständnis

  • Gutes Grundwissen im Projektmanagement

  • Führungsqualitäten, lösungsorientierte und verantwortungsbewusste Arbeitsweise

  • Kommunikationsstärke, Verhandlungsstärke, Durchsetzungsfähigkeit

  • Sehr gute IT-Anwenderkenntnisse (MS-Office), Erfahrung mit Oracle von Vorteil

  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse

ENGLISH

  • University degree in technical or business administration in the field of logistics management or comparable degree

  • Professional experience in the field of supply chain management, ideally in the automotive environment

  • High level of technical understanding

  • Good basic knowledge of project management

  • Leadership qualities, solution-oriented and responsible way of working

  • Strong communication skills, strong negotiating skills, assertiveness

  • Very good IT user skills (MS Office), experience with Oracle an advantage

  • Very good knowledge of German and English
