• Analyzes and troubleshoots discrepancies to the inventory integrity and
master data management.
• Training of associates and development procedures.

Job Description

  • Monitors inventory integrity, utilizes available reports and transactions to help validate daily performance.
  • Strongly supports transition to new ERP system.
  • Develops procedures and their testing.
  • Secures continuous improvement of the procedures.
  • Provides root cause analysis for incorrect data.
  • Performs the API process and root cause analysis of discrepancies.
  • Prepares and distributes operational reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data and trends.
  • Audits bills of materials and routings and develops action plans to implement corrective actions for non-conformances identified.
  • Performs and maintains cycle count records and provides root cause analysis for identified discrepancies.
  • Tracks, maintains records and communicates master data changes to the organization for new program launches and changes to existing programs.
  • Creates item numbers, departments, resources, routings and bills of material for new program launches and changes to existing programs including both engineering and process changes and maintains correct records for these changes to inventory and master data.
  • Responsible for year-end budget process standard load.
  • Responsible for month-end close process.
  • Creates and maintains PFEP records.

  • Entwickelt neue Verfahren sowie deren Testung.
  • Stellt die kontinuierliche Verbesserung von Verfahren sicher.
  • Nutzt die verfügbaren Reporte und Transaktionen, um die tägliche Performance zu validieren.
  • Vollzieht Ursachen Analyse für fehlerhafte Daten.
  • Vollzieht API-Prozess und Ursachen Analyse von Unstimmigkeiten.
  • Erstellt und verteilt betriebliche Reports durch Sammeln, analysieren und zusammenfassen der Daten und Trends.
  • Überprüft Rechnungen und Routings und entwickelt Aktions-Pläne, um Korrekturen zu implementieren für die festgestellten Diskrepanzen.
  • Vollzieht und pflegt Cycle-Count Daten und stellt Ursachen Analysen für die festgestellten Unstimmigkeiten zur Verfügung.
  • Verfolgt und pflegt Daten und kommuniziert Stammdaten-Änderungen für Programm Einführungen und die Änderung von bereits eingeführten Programmen.
  • Erstellt Artikelnummern, Abteilungen, Ressourcen, Routings und Rechnungen für Programm-Einführungen und die Änderung an existierenden Programmen, dies beinhaltet Prozess- und technische Änderungen. Überträgt korrekte Daten für diese Änderungen an den Bestand und die Stammdaten.
  • Verantwortlich für Jahresabschlussrechnung sowie Monatsabschlussrechnungen.
  • Erstellt und pflegt PFEP- Daten.

Required Skills and Education

  • Fluent in German and English.
  • University Degree in technical field.
  • Experience in data analysis, ideally in the automotive or manufacturing industry.
  • Sound knowledge of MS Office (Excel, PowerBI, Powerpoint), knowledge of ERP and database systems (Oracle as advantage).
  • Strong analytical thinking and the ability to analyze complex problems and find appropriate solutions.

Erforderliche Fähigkeiten

  • Fließend Deutsch und Englisch.
  • Abgeschlossenes Studium im technischen Bereich.
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse von MS Office (Excel, PowerBI, Powerpoint), Kenntnisse von ERP und Datenbanken Systemen (Oracle von Vorteil).
  • Starkes analytisches Denkvermögen und die Fähigkeit, komplexe Qualitätsprobleme zu analysieren und geeignete Lösungen zu finden.
