Assisting & answering questions about computer usage

Job Description

• Provides computer hardware and software support to customers over the phone and remotely
• Install, setup, and maintain workstation peripherals hardware, operating systems and networking components
• Support Conference Rooms and AV Systems
• Support Town Hall Meetings
• Helpdesk users support, network services, application and other information systems groups
• Participate on operational team meeting
• Maintain knowledge of current hardware, software, and standards
• Effectively support Helpdesk Request and Incident with Helpdesk Tool
• Maintain accurate hardware and software inventory

Required Skills and Education

• Must be pursuing technology related degree at an accredited college/ university.
• Willing to work and multitask in the IT environment.
• Graduation date of April 2026 or later preferred.
• Minimum GPA 3.0 or above required.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Must be able to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
• Must have a good attitude and work ethic.
