Job Description Summary

In the role of Engineering College Co- Op, student will aid plant productivity leaders with basic continuous improvement functions such as cycle time study, TPM tracking and scheduling, prepare daily productivity tracking reports, analyze data and report to the leadership.

Job Description

• Conduct time studies, and cycle time checks.
• Create performance-based reports
• Conduct delay studies to loss areas and opportunities for improvement.
• Assist Manufacturing team with implementation of lean concepts in manufacturing and assembly department. -
• All other duties as assigned

Required Skills and Education

•  Candidates must be enrolled as a full-time student from an accredited college or university. Mechanical or Manufacturing Engineering preferred.
•  Graduation date of May 2026 or later with a minimum 3.0 GPA.
•  Excellent oral and written communication skills and high attention to detail and accuracy of information.
•  Computer proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and the ability to learn other programs used by various AAM departments.

 • Must be available to work at least 25 hours per week throughout the school year and Eligible to work in U.S. without sponsorship.
