Job Description
FRANÇAIS
- Coordonne, contrôle et développe en continu des processus logistiques dans l'usine - des marchandises entrantes de la logistique de production à la livraison client.
- A la responsabilité du contrôle régulier et de la maintenance des niveaux de stock, des lieux de stockage et de l'inventaire, ainsi que de la coordination avec la production pour assurer le flux des marchandises.
- Est Garant : du respect des procédures groupe et site, de la sécurité du personnel et des conditions de travail, du bon fonctionnement du service, du niveau des stocks et des performances SCM
- Optimise les zones et emplacements de stockage
- Réalise les analyses complètes concernant les objectifs de l'entreprise, le marché et le potentiel d'amélioration
- Élabore les prévisions mensuelles de vente et matières et les réductions de coûts
- Respect des dispositions légales, et des directives environnementales et de sécurité
- Coordination régulière avec les achats, les ventes et l’assurance qualité
- Gestion, développement et coaching des collaborateurs de l'équipe logistique, développement stratégique des compétences des collaborateurs, planification des formations
- Participer à des projets: produire et présenter les délivrables à chaque étapes
- Elaboration et gestion du budget, réalisation des reporting mensuel SCM
- Toutes autres tâches selon les instructions
ENGLISH
- Coordination, control and continuous development of logistics processes in the plant - from incoming goods to production logistics and delivery to the customer
- Responsibility for the regular monitoring and maintenance of stock levels, storage locations and stocktaking, as well as coordination with production to ensure the flow of goods
- Ensures compliance with corporate and site procedures, staff safety and working conditions, smooth running of the department, stock levels and SCM performance
- Optimizes materials storage facilities
- Carries out comprehensive analyses with regard to company goals, market and improvement potential
- Prepares monthly sales and materials forecasts and cost reductions
- Ensures compliance with legal regulations, environmental guidelines and safety regulations
- Liases regularly with procurement, sales and quality assurance
- Management, development and coaching of employees in the logistics team, strategic further development of employee qualifications, planning of further training measures
- Participation in projects, producing and presenting deliverables at each stage
- Budget preparation and management, monthly SCM reporting
- All other tasks as instructed
Required Skills and Education
FRANÇAIS
- Connaissance approfondie en Supply Chain.
- Au moins sept ans d'expérience professionnelle dans un rôle de gestion d'un service Supply Chain, idéalement dans un environnement automobile.
- Très bonne connaissance de la gestion de la Supply Chain (ordonnancement, traitement des commandes, planification de la production, gestion des stocks), haut niveau de compréhension technique
- Connaissance des exigences légales de base et de douane.
- Bonne connaissance de la gestion de projet
- Qualités de leadership, approche orientée vers des solutions et méthode de travail responsable
- Aptitudes à la négociation, solides compétences en matière de communication, capacité à s'affirmer
- Très bonnes compétences informatiques (MS Office), expérience avec Oracle et WMS serait un plus
- Savoir être: Esprit d'analyse et de synthèse, rigueur, proactivité, qualités relationnelles, orienté service client, organisation
- Très bonne connaissance du français et de l'anglais
ENGLISH
- In depth knowledge of Supply Chain Management
- At least 7 years of professional experience in a managerial role in a Supply Chain department, ideally in an automotive environment
- Very good expertise in supply chain management (scheduling, order processing, production planning, stock management), high level of technical understanding
- Knowledge of basic legal and custom requirements
- Good basic knowledge of project management
- Leadership qualities, solution-orientated and responsible way of working
- Negotiating skills, strong communication skills, assertiveness
- Very good IT user skills (MS Office), experience with Oracle, WMS an advantage
- Personal qualities: Analytical and analytical skills, rigor, proactivity, interpersonal skills, customer service orientation, organization
- Very good knowledge of French and English
