Job Description
- Recognize, respond and correct failures to the Die Cast Die, Trim die, and Start-Up lube systems.
- Execute the PM program for all lube systems (including spray heads) and Shot Rod.
- Perform the testing on the lubricants and respond appropriately to results.
- Recognize and respond appropriately to leaks.
- Complete associated check sheets and take the necessary action.
- Clean and restock Draw bar inventory and Shot chambers after use.
- Install and remove cover and ejector dies.
- Calibration of Flow meters at the DCM work cells.
- Set up entire Die Cast and Trim die.
- Change Spray head for new die changes and for Spray head PM program.
- Rebuild spray heads and certify using the test stand.
- Reciprocator changes at the DCM.
- PM program for plumbing on Reciprocators.
