Job Description Summary

Verantwortlich für die Verwaltung der wöchentlichen EDI - oder manuellen Planungs- und Versandpläne der Kunden. Analysieren und Reagieren auf Änderungen der Kundennachfrage und Vergleichen der Nachfrage mit den vertraglich vereinbarten Kapazitäten. Unterstützung bei der Produktionsplanung. Überwachen und Aufrechterhalten angemessener Fertigteilzielbestände.

English:
Responsible for managing customers' weekly EDI or manual planning and shipping schedules. Analysing and responding to changes in customer demand and comparing demand with contracted capacity. Assist with production planning. Monitor and maintain appropriate target finished goods inventory levels.

  • Verantwortlich für die Überprüfung und ggf. Korrektur des Kunden-Cum-Management
  • Regelmäßige Abstimmung mit der Produktion, um die reibungslose Umsetzung des Produktionsplanes zu gewährleisten.
  • Erstellung von Produktionsplanungsberichten.
  • Initiierung von Produktionsplan-Änderungen, wenn dies aufgrund von überfälligen Terminen oder anderen Unterbrechungen erforderlich ist.
  • Steuert Lieferanten für Handelswaren unter Berücksichtigung der Einkaufsbedingungen und informiert die Materialplanung. Eskaliert Lieferantenprobleme zeitgerecht an den Einkauf.
  • Unterstützung bei der Erstellung des Produktionsplanes.
  • Überwachung des Produktionsergebnisses (Menge/Termin) im Vergleich zum Produktionsplan.
  • Zusammenstellen von Informationen, wie z. B. Produktionslinienraten, Zielbestände und Kundeninformationen (z.B.: Abrufmengen, Abrufdaten), damit Statusberichte erstellt werden können.
  • Erstellung, Pflege und ggf. Anpassung von Fertigteil Stammdaten
  • Überwachen der PFEP (Plan for every Part) - Abholpläne auf ihre Genauigkeit.
  • Erstellung der monatlichen PFEP-Bestandszielberechnungen und Überwachung der Abweichungen von den Zielen.
  • Prüfung der Einhaltung der dokumentierten Verfahren.
  • Unterstützung bei der Einführung globaler AAM-SCM-Standards im Bereich SCM
  • Rechnungsprüfung / Belastung an Kunden bzw. Lieferanten aufbereiten: Prüfung von Kundenrechnungen im Zusammenhang mit belasteten Sondergebühren resultierend aus nicht rechtzeitiger Auslieferung.     
  • Bearbeitung von abteilungsinternen Projekten entsprechend der Vorgabe durch die Abteilungsleitung
  • Reporting

  • Responsible for checking and, if necessary, correcting customer cum management
  • Regular coordination with production to ensure the smooth realisation of the production plan.
  • Preparation of production planning reports.
  • Initiates production plan changes when required due to overdue deadlines or other interruptions.
  • Manages suppliers for merchandise in accordance with purchasing terms and informs material planning. Escalates supplier issues to Purchasing in a timely manner.
  • Assists in the preparation of the production plan. 
  • Monitors the production result (quantity/deadline) against the production plan.
  • Compiling information such as production line rates, target stock levels and customer information (e.g.: call-off quantities, call-off dates) so that status reports can be created. 
  • Creation, maintenance and, if necessary, adjustment of finished part master data
  • Monitoring the PFEP (Plan for every Part) pick-up plans for accuracy.
  • Creating monthly PFEP inventory target calculations and monitoring deviations from targets.
  • Verify compliance with documented procedures.
  • Supporting the implementation of global AAM SCM standards in the area of SCM
  • Prepare invoice verification / debit to customers or suppliers: Checking customer invoices in connection with debited special charges resulting from untimely delivery.    
  • Processing of internal departmental projects as specified by the department management- Reporting

Required Skills and Education

Deutsch:

  • Fachspezifische 3jährige Berufsausbildung z.B. Industriekaufmann und langjährige Berufserfahrung erforderlich
  • Sehr gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Sicherer Umgang mit den MS-Office-Programmen
  • Sehr gute Kommunikationsfähigkeit und Teamfähigkeit

Englisch

  • Specialised 3-year vocational training e.g. industrial clerk and many years of professional experience required
  • Very good written and spoken English skills
  • Confident handling of MS Office programmes
  • Very good communication skills and ability to work in a team
