DEUTSCH
• Verhandlungen mit lokalen Arbeitnehmervertretungen über eine Vielzahl von Themen, wie z.B. Vergütung und Sozialleistungen bis hin zur Unternehmensorganisation
• Vertretung des Unternehmens bei externen Verhandlungen mit Gewerkschaftsvertretern
• Beratung der Werkleitung in allen Fragen des individuellen und kollektiven Arbeitsrechts
• Werke im Fokus: Eisenach, Hausach, Rotenburg an der Fulda, Schmölln und Zell am Harmersbach

ENGLISH
• Negotiate with local worker representation panels on a wide variety of topics, such as compensation and benefits or company organization
• Represent the company in external negotiation with union representatives
• Advise Plant Leadership on all matters concerning individual or collective employment law
• Plants in focus: Eisenach, Hausach, Rotenburg an der Fulda, Schmoelln and Zell am Harmersbach

Job Description

DEUTSCH

  • Erarbeitung, Weiterentwicklung und Verhandlung von Betriebsvereinbarungen und Regelungsabreden in Zusammenarbeit mit den lokalen Personalabteilungen
  • Arbeitsrechtliche Begleitung von Veränderungsprozessen, Unterstützung bei gerichtlichen Verfahren
  • Unterstützung von Post-Merger-Aktivitäten und -Integrationsmaßnahmen
  • Vorbereitung, Begleitung und Durchführung von Audits
  • Projektmanagement
  • Dokumenten Management
  • Vertretung des HR Directors bei dessen Abwesenheit zu arbeitsrechtlichen Themen

ENGLISH

  • Drafting, development and negotiation of company agreements and regulatory agreements in cooperation with the local Human Resources departments
  • Labor law support in Change Management processes, support with legal proceedings
  • Support on post merger activities and integration initiatives
  • Preparation, support and implementation of audits
  • Project management
  • Document management
  • Representation of the HR Director in employment law topics during absence

Required Skills and Education

DEUTSCH

  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Bachelor- oder Master-Studium mit Schwerpunkt Personalmanagement oder Recht
  • Mindestens 5 Jahre HR-Berufserfahrung
  • Erfahrung in der Automobilindustrie/einem Fertigungsunternehmen von Vorteil
  • Fundierte  Kenntnisse des Betriebsverfassungsgesetzes, Erfahrung in der Zusammenarbeit mit Betriebsräten und Gewerkschaften
  • Gute Kenntnisse des deutschen Arbeitsrechts, Grundkenntnisse im Tarifrecht von Vorteil
  • Kooperations- und Konfliktfähigkeit sowie Kommunikationsgeschick
  • Projektmanagement-Grundkenntnisse und erste praktische Erfahrungen
  • Reisebereitschaft innerhalb Deutschlands
  • Sehr gute MS Office 365-Kenntnisse, ggf. auch Kenntnisse in Workday
  • Fließende Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntisse in Wort und Schrift

ENGLISH

  • Successfully completed Bachelor's or Master's degree with a focus on HR management or law
  • At least 5 years of HR professional experience
  • Experience in the automotive industry/ a manufacturing company would be an advantage
  • Sound knowledge of the Works Constitution Act, experience in working with works councils and with trade unions
  • Good knowledge of German labor law, basic knowledge of collective bargaining law would be an advantage
  • Ability to cooperate and deal with conflicts as well as good communication skills
  • Basic knowledge of project management and initial practical experience
  • Willingness to travel within Germany
  • Very good knowledge of MS Office 365, knowledge of Workday would be an advantage
  • Fluent German and good written and spoken English skills
