El técnico de mantenimiento es responsable de garantizar que todos los equipos y maquinaría funcionen de manera optima. Realizar tareas de mantenimiento preventivo y correctivo, asi como la reparación de equipos y solución de problemas tecnicos.

Job Description

Perfil de electrico, conocimientos mecanica, motores, interpretacion de diagramas, rutear cableados, reparar canaletas tuberias, conocimientos de PLC (funcionamiento).
Mecánica (Ajustes y tolerancias, interpretación de planos y diseños, conocimiento y uso de herramienta, variadores de velocidad ).
Eléctrica (Líneas convencionales 110 vac, trifásicas 220vac, 480vac, Transformadores, Motores eléctricos jaula de ardilla y rotor debanado, frecuencia, puentes rectificadores).
Control Eléctrico (Lectura de Planos Eléctricos, simbología americana y europea) Arrancadores, Variadores de Velocidad).
Neumática (Simbología, diagramas espacio- fase, espacio-tiempo, interpretación de planos).
Hidráulica (Simbología, actuadores de simple y doble efecto, tandem, tipos de conexiones, unidades de medida, Válvulas, tipos de bombas, Fluídos).
Conocimientos básicos PLC´s y Robots Fanuc y Nachi, control PID, SCR´s, IGBT´s.
Tipos de mantenimiento.
