Job Description Summary

Oversees project progress and costs; communicates status with stakeholders and participating functional areas; addresses and resolves problems.Coordinates within the business unit for each deliverable within the project.Communicates with customer and manages expectations. Ensures effective use of project controls and reporting mechanisms.Coordinates project staffing; motivates and develops project team. Provides leadership to the project team members.

  • Supervision and coordination of the implementation process of new projects in the Plant in accordance with IPM
  • Actively supporting Regional Program Managers in planning and implementing program schedules
  • Represent site-level Program Launch Teams (PLT) meetings to communicate program information and coordinate activities among teams
  • Manage program-specific activities required to introduce new projects to the plant
  • Contact with the customer
  • Organizing and managing stakeholder meetings, documenting and monitoring important actions and decisions taken at the meetings
  • Reporting progress of new launches to senior management
  • Supervising and coordinating the work of the Project Team to ensure the achievement of set goals and support with the knowledge of other departments
  • Motivates and takes care of the development of the project team
  • Continuous improvement process: supporting the improvement process in terms of: work, quality, equipment and tools, area, working conditions
  • Organizing important construction sites by coordinating the project team
  • Monitoring and maintaining the schedule of all commissioning activities at the plant level
  • All other duties as assigned

  • Nadzór i koordynacja procesu wdrażania nowych projektow w Zakładzie zgodnie z IPM
  • Aktywne wspieranie Regionalnych Menedżerów Programów w planowaniu i realizacji harmonogramow programow
  • Reprezentowanie na spotkaniach Program Launch Teams (PLT) z poziomu zakładu w celu przekazywania informacji o programie i koordynowania działań między zespołami
  • Zarządzanie specyficznymi dla programu działaniami wymaganymi do wprowadzenia nowych projektów w zakładzie
  • Kontakt z klientem
  • Organizowanie i zarządzanie spotkaniami interesariuszy, dokumentowanie i monitorowanie ważnych działań i decyzji podjętych na spotkaniach
  • Raportowanie postepow nowych uruchomien do wyzszego kierowictwa
  • Nadzorowanie i koordynowanie pracy Zespolu Projektowego w celu zagwarantowania realizacji postawionych celów oraz wsparcia wiedzą innych działów
  • Motywuje i dba o rozwoj zespolu projektowego
  • Proces ciągłego doskonalenia: wspieranie procesu doskonalenia w zakresie: pracy, jakości, sprzętu i narzędzi, obszaru, warunków pracy
  • Organizowanie waznych budow poprzez koordynowanie zespolu projektowego
  • Monitorowanie i przestrzeganie harmonogramu wszystkich działań związanych z uruchomieniem na poziomie zakladu
  • Wszystkie inne obowiązki zgodnie z przydziałem

Required Skills and Education

ENG

  • Required: Higher education, preferably project management (or relevant)
  • Profession: Project Engineer (or relevant)
  • 5 years of experience in Automotive manufacturing area
  • minimum 2 years of experience gained on a similar position, connected with new projects launching
  • Professional experience in project/program management or related field
  • Knowledge of APQP, PPAP, FMEA and 8Ds
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel, MS Project will be an advantage)
  • Advanced English (both written and spoken)
  • Ability to independently run projects and effectively prioritize tasks
  • High analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Very good communication skills
  • Ability to manage non-direct subordinates
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize

  • Wymagane: wykształcenie wyższe, najlepiej zarządzanie projektami (lub podobne)
  • Zawód: Inżynier projektu (lub podobne)
  • 5 lat doświadczenia w branży motoryzacyjnej
  • minimum 2 lata doswiadczenia zdobyte na podobnej pozycji, powiazane z wdrazaniem nowych uruchomien
  • Doświadczenie zawodowe w zarządzaniu projektami/programami lub w pokrewnej dziedzinie
  • Znajomość APQP, PPAP, FMEA i 8Ds
  • Doskonała znajomość pakietu MS Office (szczegołnie Excel, MS Project bedzie atutem)
  • Zaawansowany język angielski (zarówno pismie, jak i mowie)
  • Umiejętność samodzielnego prowadzenia projektów i efektywnego ustalania priorytetów zadań
  • Wysokie umiejetnosci analityczne i rozwiązywanie problemów
  • Bardzo dobre umiejętności komunikacyjne
  • Umiejętności zarządzania osobami nie-bezpośrednio podwładnymi
  • Zdolnoscić wielozadaniowości i ustalania priorytetów
