• Verantwortliche Erstellung, Aktualisierung und Verfügbarkeit von Prozessdokumentationen (FMEA, Prozessparameterblätter, etc.)
• Verantwortung für die Werkzeugauslegung und den effektiven Einsatz der Werkzeuge
• Anleitung, Einweisung und Schulung von Mitarbeiter:innen
• Bereichsübergreifende und gruppeninterne Zusammenarbeit zur effektiven Nutzung der Maschinen und Anlagen
• Verantwortung für die fachbereichsbezogene Beurteilung bei der Planung, Beschaffung und Nutzungsänderung von Maschinen und Anlagen
• Stammdatenpflege
• Alle anderen zugewiesenen Aufgaben

ENGLISH:

• Responsibility for the development, technical calculation, installation and monitoring of machine processes
• Responsible for the creation, updating and availability of process documentation (FMEA, process parameter sheets, etc.)

Required Skills and Education

DEUTSCH:

• Erfolgreich abgeschlossene Ausbildung in einem Metallberuf
• Erfolgreich abgeschlossene, mind. 2-jährige, fachspezifische Weiterbildung z.B.Techniker
• langjährige (ab 6 Jahre) fachspezifische Berufserfahrung in einem Metallberuf, vorzugsweise in Industrieunternehmen
• fortgeschrittene Anwendungskenntnisse am Computer
• Bereitschaft zu gelegentlichen Dienstreisen (bis zu 10 Tage/Jahr)
• gutes Verständnis von Technologie, Prozess- und Verfahrenstechnik
• analytisches Denkvermögen, Problemlösungskompetenz, systematische Arbeitsweise
• Gute Kommunikationsfähigkeit und Teamfähigkeit
• Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse und gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

Englisch:

• Successfully completed vocational training in a metal profession
• Successfully completion of specialized further training (at least 2 years), e.g. technician
• At least 6 years of specialist professional experience in a metal trade, preferably in an industrial company
• Advanced computer user
• Willingness to undertake occasional business trips (up to 10 days/year)
• good understanding of technology, process and process engineering
• Analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, systematic way of working
• Good communication skills and ability to work in a team
• Very good knowledge of German and good written and spoken English skills
