EHS RepresentativeJob Description Summary
Join us as an EHS Representative and make a significant impact on the safety and sustainability of our operations. Your main responsibilities will include developing, implementing, and maintaining excellent EHS programs. These programs will prioritize the safety of all associates, visitors, and contractors, protect the environment, and ensure compliance with domestic and local regulations. You will work closely with all departments to foster a team-oriented approach to EHS. Reporting directly to the Plant Manager, this role requires ambition to achieve our goals.Job Responsibilities:
• Successfully implement and manage EHS programs.
• Conduct regular safety audits and inspections.
• Develop and deliver EHS training for associates.
• Investigate incidents and determine root causes.
• Monitor compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with teams to promote a safe work environment.
Job Requirements:
• Proven experience in EHS roles within manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of local and global EHS regulations.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to collaborate and compete within teams.
• Certification in EHS management preferred.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.
Preferred Certifications:
• Certified stormwater operator
• OSHA 10-hour
• OSHA 30-hour

Preferred Bachelor’s degree in EHS or equivalent experience
